Derrick McKinnley Brown Jr, 19, and Matissa Deon Brown, 47, both of Rome, were jailed this week after reports said they forged community service documetns and turned them into the courts.
Reports said that Derrick possessed the documents that forged the signature of another.
Matissa allegedly signed the documents before giving them to Derrick.
Matissa Brown is charged with first degree forgery and Derrick Brown is charged with 2nd degree forgery.
