Kevin Shane Bennett, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after a search warrant was issued at his home on Krannert Drive turned up marijuana packaged for sale, various types of pills, methamphetamine, a glass smoking pipe and three firearms.
In total , Bennett was found with 15 pills, without any being in their original container.
Bennett is charged with possession of marijuana, distribution or sale of marijuana, drugs not in original container, possession or distribution of dangerous drugs, possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of meth, possession of drug related objects and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
