Rosalyn Virginia Peugh, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she fired a semi-automatic pistol at a 22 year-old man outside her home on Spring Creek Road.
Reports said that she fired the gun withing 50 feet of East 15th Street.
Authorities went on to report that while taking her into custody she was found in possession of a bag of suspected crack cocaine.
Peugh is charged with aggravated assault, discharging a firearm near a street, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
