Ronald Jordani Orellana-Orellana, 19 of Rome, was jailed this week after police said he found was in possession of a vape pen containing THC cartridges. He was also found with marijuana inside his vehicle.
After arriving at the jail he is accused of attempting to discard a bag of cocaine while in the nurses station.
He was stopped for a window tint violation.
Orellana-Deleon is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, crossing the guard line with drugs, possession of drug related objects, window tint violation and distribution of marijuana.
