An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Timothy Jacob Morgan, 35 of Rome, who was arrested for repeatedly stalking a woman is facing an additional charge after doing the same thing while incarcerated.
Reports said that Morgan used a phone in the jail to make contact with the victim.
He is facing an additional charge of aggravated stalking

Timothy Jacob Morgan, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court order when he carried on a 48 second telephone conversation.
Reports added that Morgan attempted to call the victim again but they did not answer.
Morgan had been told not to have any contact with the victim prior to the incidents.
Morgan is charged with aggravated stalking.
