Zachary Colt Edwards Sr, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after running from police and littering in the process.

Reports said that Edwards ran from police after allegedly intruding on railroad tracks that are owned by Norfolk Southern.

Police stated that during the chase Edwards littered when he placed his shoes and clothing on the ground while running from them.

He is then accused of entering property located on Alabama Highway without permission.

Edwards is charged with two counts obstruction, criminal trespass, intruding railroad tracks, littering public property and probation violation.
