Jeremy Andrew Thurman, 35 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome after he allegedly illegally used another person’s debit card to pay his car loan at Rights Auto Mart.
Reports added that the fraud occurred back on September 14.
Thurman is charged with financial transaction card fraud.
