Christopher Octavious Clowers, 32 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he intentionally flooded the Fairbridge Inn on Martha Berry Blvd.

Reports stated that Clowers left the shower and lavatory water running causing it to flood the room, as well as the room underneath him.

Reports added that the water damaged the sheet rock, flooring, and mattresses in both rooms.

The incident occurred back on August 18, 2019.  He was finally captured this week in Bartow County for the active warrant before being transported back to Rome.

Clowers is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
