Weyman Darrell Garmany, 56 of Armuchee, was arrested at his home on Herring Road after reports said he was illegally found with drugs and a gun.
Reports said that Garmany was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine, smoking devices, and a rifle.
Garmany is charged with possession of meth, possession of firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of drug related objects.
