Jason Keith Kelley, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after a routine traffic stop turned up police allegedly finding drugs.
Reports stated that Kelley was stopped at Wells Fargo on Turner McCall Blvd for driving with a headlight out. While stopped it was discovered that Kelley was driving without insurance and a valid drivers license.
While being taken into custody he was then found to be in possession of marijuana.
Kelley is charged with possession of marijuana, headlight violation, driving without insurance, a license plate violation and driving on a suspended license.
