Sascha Nicole Kirkpatrick, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after she was found with methamphetamine after allegedly stealing 28 packets of lottery from a store on Rockmart Highway.
Police stated that Kirkpatrick went behind the store counter and activated the tickets before leaving. The theft occurred back on October 1st.
Police located Kirkpatrick this week at a location on Nelson Street and took her into custody. While searching her they allegedly located a loaded needle of methamphetamine, as well as a baggie of the drug.
Kirkpatrick is charged with felony theft by taking, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
Brandon Scott Sisson, 33 of Rome, was also arrested at the scene and charged with possession of meth.
