Brian Seth Russell, 30 of Taylorsville, was arrested this week after a traffic stop turned him drugs at the intersection of Redmond Circle and Westside Industrial Blvd.

Reports said that after running a red light Russell was stopped. It was discovered that he was allegedly driving under the influence.

A search led officers to find cocaine, marijuana, and a marijuana grinder.

Reports added that Russell was reckless with officers when he “consciously disregarded a substantial and unjustifiable risk of COVID-19 during the arrest.

Russell is charged with possession of cocaine, DUI, possession of marijuana, possession of drug relate objects, reckless conduct, and failure to obey traffic control devices.
