Austin Wayne Jordan, 21 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he hid in his home in an effort to avoid the execution of a search warrant.
Reports said that Jordan refused numerous commands to allow them in the home when he concealed himself.
Akins is charged with felony obstruction.
