Robert Avery Garrett, 33 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he pulled out a loaded Kel TeK 9mm handgun in anger and then started to wave it around in front of people.
Reports stated that the incident occurred at a home on Preacher Smith Road back on November 15th.
Garrett is charged with reckless conduct and terroristic threats and acts.
