A 33 year-old Rome man, Richard Alan Franco, was arrested for the second time in less than a month this week after he allegedly violated a TPO and threatened a 32 year-old woman.
Reports said that Franco told the woman, “lol, you tried”, “you dead”, you gone die soon” and “Bit** go die”.
Franco is charged with aggravated stalking, terroristic threats and harassing communications,

Richard Alan Franco, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he violated a court protection order to stay away from a woman.
Reports said that Franco allegedly contacted the victim numerous times by creating multiple phone numbers.
Franco also allegedly threatened to beat the victim if she called police.
He additionally attempted to make contact with the woman in a parking lot.
Franco is charged with violation of a family violence order.
