Franklin Eugene Duvall, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he molested a 12 year-old girl.
Reports said that Duvall placed his male organ between the child’s vagina and buttocks.
The incident occurred back in March at his home on Big Indian Trail.
Duvall is charged with aggravated child molestation, child molestation, two counts sexual battery against a child, and sexual battery against a child.
