Dontavious Dublin, 19 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said threatened a female Rome City School employee with a knife.
Reports said that Dublin was being transported by a Rome City School bus when he told the employee that he would hurt them.
Deputies went on to state that Dublin refused to cooperate with investigators.
Dublin is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct and three counts obstruction.
