Kristopher John Wheeler, 35 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he tied up a woman with a Christmas ribbon and refused to allow her to go free. Wheeler also allegedly hit the woman in the face.
Reports added that he also allegedly busted out a truck windshield with a flower pot
The incident occurred at a home on Old Rockmart Road on October 23.
The next day Wheeler is accused of being seen on another’s property without permission. He was allegedly observed looking through a bag on a motorcycle.
Wheeler is charged with false imprisonment, battery, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property and prowling.
