Kevin Tyrell Jenkins, 21 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he broke into a home and stole a Ruger handgun and personal papers back on October 5.
Reports stated that Jenkins used the victim’s identity to set up an American Express credit card as well as adding himself to the victim’s Bank of America account.
Jenkins is charged with first degree burglary and identity fraud.
