Christopher Todd White, 33 of Lindale, was jailed this week after a domestic call resulted in White attacking police officers.
Reports stated that White and his mother got involved in a dispute in which he placed her in fear of being harmed.
When officers arrived White slammed the door in their face and then later refused to comply with commands. While being taken into custody White allegedly placed his hands around an officer’s neck while continuing to resist arrest. He proceeded to “throw punches” at offices as well as spit blood on them.
While being escorted to the patrol car White is also accused of kicking an officer in the leg.
White is charged with two counts simple assault, three counts obstruction, simple battery against a police officer, and criminal trespass.
