An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Erick Taylor Bunch, 24, for the second time in months is charged with starting a fight.
The latest, Bunch is charged with punching a 34 year-old inmate.
He is charged with simple battery and unlawful violence in a penal institution.

An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Erick Taylor Bunch, 24, is facing additional charges after he allegedly head butted a deputy in the face.
Reports added that Bunch then threatened the deputy.
Bunch is charged with simple battery against a police officer and obstruction by using threats.
He was initially arrested on July 10 for disorderly conduct, obstruction and a hold for Bartow County.
