Jason Rodney Cheatwood, 38 of Cedartown, was arrested at the Creekside Inn in Cave Spring this week after reports said he broke his way into rooms and threatened to kill eight people, including several children, if they didn’t leave the scene.
Reports added that the incident occurred back on Thursday.
Cheatwood is charged with eight counts of terroristic threats and acts, first degree burglary and criminal trespass.
