Darren Davion Harris, 34 of Calhoun, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said he used false identification to purchase a 2007 Cadillac from Hines Auto Mart.

Reports stated that the incident occurred back on June 5, 2018.

That same day he allegedly used a fictious check to purchase gas, cigarettes and candy from Murphy USA on Cartersville Highway.  The total amount of items purchased was $361.25.

Harris is charged with two counts identity fraud, 4th degree forgery, and felony theft by deception.
