Robert Lewis Collom Jr, 42 of Acworth, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he was in possession of a stolen 2009 Chevrolet.
Collom was taken into custody at the Berry Food Mart.
Collom is charged with theft by receiving stolen property and probation violation
