Brooke Nicole Ruth Cox, 23 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she sent nude photographs of an ex- girlfriend to another without the victim’s approval.
Reports said that the photos were transmitted back in April.
Cox is charged with prohibition on nude or sexually explicit electronic transmission.
