Charles Aaron Floyd, 38 of Rome, turned himself into the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said a warrant was taken for his arrest after a hit and run while intoxicated.
Reports stated that Floyd allegedly attempted to enter two vehicles after striking both and then leaving the scene.
Floyd is charged with two counts criminal trespass, two counts hit and run, two counts criminal damage to property, leaving the scene of an accident, DUI and failure to maintain lane.
