Timothy Ray Fiscus, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after allegedly threatening to kill a woman before attempting to damage police property.
Reports said that Fiscus told a woman that he would kill her while on a telephone call September 1.
While being taken into custody Fiscus is accused of hitting his head on the patrol car cage.
Fiscus is charged with interference with government property, terroristic treats and acts, driving without insurance and operation of an unregistered vehicle.
