Joshua Franklin Reynolds Sr, 39 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he imprisoned another bed inside a bedroom at a home on North Division Street.
Reports stated that Reynolds confined the man in their bedroom and refused to allow him to leave.
Reynolds is charged with false imprisonment.
