Carl Dean Smith, 59 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was allegedly found in possession of a large amount of methamphetamine that officers said was “more than for personal usage”.
Police added that they also found several glass pipes and packaging materials.
Smith is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute and possession of drug related objects.
