A fugitive from justice, Sabin Martisint Nation, 22 of Piedmont, was captured in Rome after allegedly running a stop sign.
Reports said that officers roll though a stop sign at the intersection of Rocky Hollow and Ga 411. When they pulled him over they discovered that he was wanted for being a fugitive from justice.
Nation is charged with a stop sign violation and being a fugitive from justice.
