Kristy Elaine Gayton, 32 of Cartersville, turned herself in to the Floyd County Jail this week after reports said she used an elderly person’s bank card without their permission to make $83.99 worth of purchases from the East Rome Walmart.
The incident occurred back on June 5th.
Gayton is charged with financial transaction card fraud and exploitation of the elderly.
