Joseph Vicente Bezerra, 27 of Cartersville, was arrested this week after reports said he electronically sent a nude photo of a woman to another without the victim’s consent.
Reports stated that the incident occurred back on August 26th.
Bezerra is charged with prohibition on nude or sexually explicit electronic transmission.
