James Franklin Madrie Jr, 34 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he stole and sold another person’s truck without their consent.
Reports stated that Madrie took the truck from a home on Alexander Avenue sometime between May 20 and June 21 2019.
Madrie is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
