Milford Major, 24 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly fired a gun near a highway and a home on Old Cave Spring Road.
Reports stated that Major then removed the magazine and threw both underneath the home in order to hide the evidence.
A 23 year-old woman told police that Major fired the gun toward her home and caused her to be in fear of her safety.
Major is charged with reckless conduct, discharge of a firearm near a public highway, tampering with evidence, terroristic threats and acts and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
