Jacqueline Laquan Mitchell, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly cut another woman with a razor blade.
Reports said that Mitchell gashed the victim’s upper lip, nose and shoulder during the altercation at an apartment on East 15th Stree.
Reports said that the incident occurred back on April 6th.
Mitchell is charged with aggravated assault
