Timothy Duane Willis, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was allegedly found camping at an illegal site on John’s Creek.
Reports added that Willis was informed to move to a designated camping site. After moving to a different site officers stated that they came back and found trash and a mattress at the vacated site.
While being questioned Willis allegedly gave police a fake name and date of birth.
Willis is charged with littering and giving false information to police.
