Tommy David Parker, 51 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly threw a brick through his girlfriend’s car window.
Reports said that Parker then approached the victim in an aggressive manner, which placed her in fear of her safety.
The incident occurred at a home on Ross Street.
Reports listed the total amount of damages done at over $500.
Parker is charged with simple assault and criminal damage to property.
