Larry Elmore Reeves, 69 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly committed a hit and run that caused an injury to another. Reports said that after purposely hit the 35 year-old male he continued to drive with him on the hood of his vehicle. Authorities went on to say that Reeves proceeded to speed up and attempted to throw him off of the car by hitting his brakes.
After tossing the man from the car, Reeves allegedly drove over him once more.
The victim suffered a cut to his arm and a road rash over his body.
Reeves is charged with aggravated assault, reckless driving, hit and run and aggressive driving.
