Benjamin David Highsmith, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found him in possession of the drug “Grey Death”.
Reports stated that the drug was found after he was stopped for illegally driving a motorcycle on Martha Berry Blvd.
Highsmith is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and driving without license.
