Blake Justin Hugh Bragg, 20 of Rome, was arrested this wee after he allegedly placed a woman in a headlock placing her in fear of her life.
Reports stated that the victim, a 41 year-old woman, feared that Bragg was going to “snap her neck and kill her”.
Numerous children witnessed the altercation.
The incident occurred at his home on Cunningham Road back on July 5 of this year.
Bragg is charged with aggravated assault, criminal trespass, battery, cruelty to children in the first degree, cruelty to children in the third degree and four counts terroristic threats and acts.
