Dustin James Lopez, 29 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he stalked a 74 year-old woman.
Reports stated that Lopez had been told to stay away from his grandmother after being released from jail.
Reports went on to state that he was found at her home.
Lopez is charged with aggravated stalking.
