Justin Dean Bullard, 33 of Rockmart, was arrested in Rome after he allegedly conspired with another person in the sale and distribution of methamphetamine.
Reports stated that Bullard used a cellphone to arrange a drug deal back on July 18, 2019 at the intersection of Turner McCall and Riverside Parkway.
Bullard is charged with attempt to violate Georgia controlled substance act and use of communication to facility in commission of a felony involving a controlled substance.
