A homeless 24 year-old Rome woman, Heather Cheyanne Kraus, was arrested this week on Park Avenue in Lindale after she was found busting out a window to a home.
Reports added that when officers arrived she told police “f**k yall” and she spat toward them.
Kraus is charged with three counts assault by an HIV infected person upon police and criminal trespass.
