Jarquavious Arkeen Stamey, 26 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he ran from officers and ignored commands to stop.
Reports said that Stamey was being served a warrant for a probation violation when he ran at a location on Dean Avenue.
Stamey is charged with two counts obstruction and probation violation.
