Gordon county deputy sheriffs recently received a report of an armed robbery at the Budget Inn near US 41/I-75 near Calhoun. A ‘lookout’ on the suspect vehicle was relayed to state and local law  enforcement officers by radio, and a few minutes later a state trooper from (local) Post 43 stopped the car on Freeman Road near Resaca.
