Bruce Leonard Tyree, 57 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he hit a man with a wooden object, causing serious injury.
Reports added that Tyree remained on the property despite being told to leave.
Tyree is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and criminal trespass
