Rickey Andrew Franklin, 33, and Samuel Michael Williams, 28, both of Decatur, were arrested in Rome this week after reports said Franklin was pulled over for speeding on Ga 20 and then found under the influence of alcohol and with drugs.
Reports said that a search of the car led officers to find suspected Ecstasy and marijuana.
Rickey Andrew Franklin is charged with speeding, DUI and possession of a schedule I narcotic and marijuana.
Williams is charged with possession of a schedule I narcotic and marijuana.
