Seven Andrew Richards, 20 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he was found operating a vehicle without tag and later was found in possession of drugs.
Reports stated that a search of his vehicle led officers to find two bags of marijuana, a vape pen containing THC oil and a smoking device containing THC wax.
Richards is charged with possession of marijuana, two counts possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, and operation of an unsafe vehicle.
