Kaitlin Nicole Poole, 25 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after she was accused of stealing $41,000 from a man in ICU.
Reports said that Poole took the cash belonging to the victim and used the funds for personal gain.
The theft occurred back in February.
Poole is charged with felony theft by taking and exploitation of the elderly.
