Mary Cile Vance, 54 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome this week after reports said she was stopped for a routine traffic violation at the intersection of Mill and Craven Streets in Cave Spring when officers found her in possession of meth and marijuana.
Vance is charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, operating an unsafe vehicle and driving on a suspended registration.
